Ratings & reviews rich snippet result in Google Search

A review snippet is a short excerpt of a review or an average rating score aggregated from multiple reviewers on a review website. When Google detects valid reviews or ratings markup, it may display a rich snippet featuring stars and other summary information from the reviews or ratings.

In addition to the review text, a rating represents an evaluation on a numeric scale (e.g., 1 to 5). Review snippets can appear in rich results or within Google Knowledge Panels, helping to enhance the visibility and credibility of your content.

How to enable Rating & reviews rich snippets?

This schema depends on the Product schema. Please ensure the Product schema is activated first.

To be able to turn on the Rating & reviews schema from the AC Rich Snippets:

• Navigate JSON-LD Schemas page

• Click the Turn on button from the Rating & reviews schema settings tile

• The review plugin selector will appear

To configure the Rating & reviews schema, click the Select a review plugin dropdown.

The AC Rich Snippets app does not offer an option to add reviews directly to the online store. Instead, it generates Google Rich Snippets code for reviews added through the selected product review app in the Ratings & Reviews section. Therefore, it is essential to have the selected review app installed.
